Wedgefield Plantation

This is a former rice plantation on the Black River in Georgetown, SC. There are lots of live oak trees with dripping moss. You will also experience an island tee box, slave quarters, the rice fields on the river and a course that runs through it. A super layout that played host to the SC Amateur and SC Open in the same year. The course has new TifDwarf greens that are super to putt. There are lots of undulations in the greens and the course has plenty of water and bunkers. The historic house with complete restaurant and lounge facilities is being renovated to its former glory.
