Formerly known as Colonial Charters, Palmetto Greens is in the process of an upgrade transformation. Due to the housing construction and land clearing, just off the course, you are playing through the woods. Do not let this stop you as this transformation presents a great opportunity to play a mid-premuin course at a much less than premium price. Play it before the rates go up! Palmetto Greens has a fantastic layout, great for beginners, intermediate golfers and will work well as a warm-up course as it is wide open off the tee box. Palmetto Greens location, almost directly at the intersection of RT 31 and Rt 9, also makes it a great drive-in or drive -out course. Palmetto Greens does not over seed which is good for the course but it may be a bit brown thru February as the Bermuda Fairways greens up.
